Wednesday 26th February 2013 8:26 Cameron Jerome: Stoke striker has started just once in the Premier League A10 free guess Tony Pulis has praised Cameron Jerome's attitude after insisting he never considered letting the Stoke City striker head out on mortgage in January. Jerome has started only one sport in the Premier League this year, but has come off the bench to score crucial goals against Newcastle United, Southampton and Reading. He has consistently been linked with a temporary move to the Championship so that you can play frequently, with Blackburn Rovers and Leeds United claimed to be keen on the 26-year-old. But, Pulis is determined Jerome is an essential part of his team and doesn't have issues with the former Birmingham City's complaints about his not enough starts. "Cameron has been exceptional," explained Pulis in the Daily Express. "His attitude has been top class. "We didn't have any inquiries and I would not have recognized it anyway because I think he is an important part of the team and the group. He can score a number of objectives, he's pace and energy. "When the game opens up in the last quarter of one hour, he's an excellent person to bring off the seat. He's a casino game changer let me tell you. "But he's still moaning and groaning since he reckons he must certanly be playing all the time. I'd be really unhappy if he wasn't moaning and groaning."
