The Spurs match reported to the European football governing human body of a section of the San Siro chanting racist abuse at them throughout the club's Europa League conflict in March. Inter have three days' to appeal the decision, reports Xinhua. The news comes less than weekly after Juventus were fined for an identical event within their match against AC Milan.
