Welcome to Bleacher Report's live blog of the 2013 Georgia Football spring game. The Bulldogs enter 2013 with high hopes and crystal goals after coming up five yards short of winning the SEC Championship Game in 2012 and enjoying for the BCS National Championship. Gone are are several important items of the security, including linebackers Jarvis Jones and Alex Ogletree, whilst the offense returns essentially the entire cast from last time, including Heisman Trophy candidate Aaron Murray at quarterback. Will be the Bulldogs championship worthy? G-Day gives us a view. Kickoff reaches 1 p.m. ET, and the overall game will be transmitted on CSS in the Southeast and on ESPN3. Offensively, the Bulldogs are likely to be set for the summer season. But with Michael Bennett still recovering from his ACL split, Malcolm Mitchell's torn meniscus and Chris Conley's position up in the air with a hamstring injury, we must see some children at wide receiver today. Yes, that's Georgia's new secondary logo on the 25-yard line. It's actually fairly prominent here at Sanford Stadium on the ribbon boards and the scoreboard in the west end zone. The biggest story today in Georgia's G-Day is obviously the defense. Jordan Jenkins accepting more of a leadership position at outside linebacker is good, but can he help Georgia's safety stop the run? The Bulldogs completed 12th in the SEC in rush safety last time stopping 182.14 yards per game on the ground. Up front, is Mike Thornton the answer at nose? With the offense Georgia has, all its defense needs to be is opportunistic in order for the Bulldogs to be back in the subject hunt in 2013. Former Georgia RB Tyson Browning only took a ladder and about 70 yards down the far sideline for a landing in the "old-timers" game. The fact Browning qualifies because of this game makes me feel very old. Anyways, Chris Petersen is most likely happy. It is an attractive morning in Athens, Ga. for Georgia's annual G-Day game. The gates to Sanford Stadium are available and the "old-timers" are from the subject playing only a little flag football. Should be interesting to see how this Georgia group manages every one of the list attrition on security from last year. Here's a look at B/R's vantage point.
