Martin Jol says Fulham have provided a fresh deal to seasoned Mark Schwarzer but may also be considering different goalkeepers. Schwarzer, 40, has been doing great form for Fulham, keeping eight clean sheets so far this year since the club check out secure a top-half complete in the English Premier League. The Australia international's package is defined to expire at the end of the season, compelling speculation over his potential at Craven Cottage. Fulham have previously been connected with a transfer for FC Twente's Nikolay Mihaylov, but the Cottagers' manager Jol has said the Bulgarian isn't any longer a goal. "I do not deny a goalkeeper," Jol said that individuals are looking. "We aren't talking with Mihaylov. Last year we made a method but not this year. "We are talking to Mark Schwarzer like we did with Brede (Hangeland) and another players," he said, referring to centre-back last month Hangeland, who signed a brand new contract. "He (Schwarzer) is a amazing goalkeeper which means you would have to be great to fill that space. We have made him a present so we're waiting. If perhaps not we will talk again like we did with Brede.", if he takes he'll stay Schwarzer is certainly one of three goalkeepers in the Fulham group along with Neil Etheridge and David Stockdale. "He doesn't desire to be number 2 so that would be a little issue, so of course we are always buying goalkeeper."
